I was extremely disappointed with the service I received at this surgery. The reception staff were blunt and dismissive, which left me feeling unsupported and disregarded at a time when I needed understanding and care. The way my situation was handled made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable. As a result, I have since moved to a different surgery where I feel more respected and supported. It’s deeply disheartening to experience such treatment from those who are meant to help and reassure patients.
Had my flue injection today at Northbrook. The whole process took 5 minutes start to finish. Very efficient. The nurse and the other lady at the desk were very pleasant and professional. Didn’t even feel the jab.

We as a family have been with this practice over 10 years and have certainly seen the practice go through many changes. During which the reception staff are extremely helpful and will always endeavour to resolve any queries, all our medications can be requested online. Appointments - When online appointments were literally taken within a few minutes I’m glad to see that the surgery has taken the time to listen and we are able to make appointments over the phone Keep up the good work guys .
