Nurse Ria was so friendly and kind to my son when we recently attended for travel vaccinations. She made him feel at ease, and even stayed late to see us when we were running late for our appointment. Couldn’t ask for more!

I had a prescription query. After speaking to the Receptionist and not getting the help I needed in requested time I asked to speak to the Practice Manager. I was told Manager was not there - he/she was contacted remotely. So I asked "Who is in charge?" The answer was "no-one". Online advice about any GP practice issues is that they should first be discussed with the Practice Manager. My issue did finally get resolved after several emails and telephone calls, but I had to really persist.

Awful management. Even for people with critical health conditions, they don’t take any care. Their Blinks system is a paper pusher system. No one even reads the comments. The resources that are wasted for people to review blinks and then to call back 3 times to only tell to visit Pharmacy for over the counter medications or visit A&E, they might have as well reviewed the patient and provided proper care. They would spent less money treating the patient than using a BOT to tell to visit A&E.

Exceptional Care and Professionalism Under Pressure….
Had the pleasure of receiving exceptional healthcare from the team at this surgery. Despite how busy they are and the constant pressure they face, the entire staff—including the Doctors, Nurses, Pharmacists, and Admin team—were outstanding.
They demonstrated extensive medical knowledge, provided very helpful recommendations, and took the time to address all of my concerns thoroughly. I was particularly impressed by how quickly they processed my medication and lab tests.
Their professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor created a truly welcoming atmosphere. I couldn't be happier with the quality of care I received and I highly recommend this practice to others. Thank you to the whole team for all your help and hard work!

I have been using this GP practice for about 18months. Dr Webb has been excellent, the receptionists are helpful & polite. Yes there is a telephone queue to get an appointment but they have been very helpful when I needed it. I am very happy with them & recommend them
