Had a really good experience at Victoria Road Surgery. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I was seen promptly, everything was explained clearly, and I felt well looked after. Thank you to the whole team for providing such excellent care.
Honestly I cannot recommend this GP surgery highly enough. Every member of staff I’ve interacted with has been incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional, especially the reception team, who are always kind, patient and happy to help. One of the best things about this practice is the excellent triage system they have in place. Instead of having to spend ages waiting on the phone, you can simply send a message online explaining your symptoms and even attach photos if needed. A doctor then reviews your request and responds through the same system, making the whole process so much quicker and more convenient. The service is efficient, well organised and genuinely patient-centred. It’s reassuring to know that getting medical advice is so straightforward, and the care I’ve received has always been excellent. Thank you to the whole team for all that you do!
If I could give a minus star I would ive been trying to get a appointment for over 4 weeks keep getting sent to pharmacy as I cannot breath at all through my nose and I am struggling in breathing at all the pharmacy gave me a nasal spray instead of the antibiotic I should of had so I have been taking wrong medication for weeks due to the doctor not willing to see me and actually access my situation it got to the point I had to phone 999 this week and be put on oxygen only then I have been given antibiotics by the hospital doctor today I tried to get another appointment for a inhaler which was suggested by the doctor at hospital as struggling to breath when just going for a walk surprise they have not contacted me back i went into surgery gasping for air as this was my last hope to try and be seen but I was sent away by reception this doctors practice needs looking into by looking at other reviews I feel I am not the only one to be let down by this practice if anyone would like to contact me they should be able to find me on there system I would be happy to sit down with someone who has some authority to the practice
So disappointing. Partner has contacted about an issue that has been happening for over a year after previously trying to treat over the counter, It has gotten worse and now hurts to walk but GP won’t see them, just tells them to keep going to the pharmacy?! Abysmal!
Surgery is full of condescending bullies with no accountability knowing I have long term mental health and dyslexia. I have now had to forward my complaint to ICB and switch GP practices Everyone here should be investigated: have never had a positive experience since Dr Cameron left.
