If I could give a minus star I would ive been trying to get a appointment for over 4 weeks keep getting sent to pharmacy as I cannot breath at all through my nose and I am struggling in breathing at all the pharmacy gave me a nasal spray instead of the antibiotic I should of had so I have been taking wrong medication for weeks due to the doctor not willing to see me and actually access my situation it got to the point I had to phone 999 this week and be put on oxygen only then I have been given antibiotics by the hospital doctor today I tried to get another appointment for a inhaler which was suggested by the doctor at hospital as struggling to breath when just going for a walk surprise they have not contacted me back i went into surgery gasping for air as this was my last hope to try and be seen but I was sent away by reception this doctors practice needs looking into by looking at other reviews I feel I am not the only one to be let down by this practice if anyone would like to contact me they should be able to find me on there system I would be happy to sit down with someone who has some authority to the practice
Our experience with Victoria Road GP Surgery has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable. We registered at the beginning of October and clearly informed them that my wife is pregnant. Despite this, they delayed booking her in and failed to provide timely care. They assigned her a midwife who, shockingly, has been on sick leave since the very first day. It has now been over two months, and no replacement midwife has been assigned. My wife is still left without any midwife support during a crucial stage of her pregnancy. To make matters worse, GP practitioner Ms. Wilkinson carried out an incorrect assessment, even after being informed about my wife’s pregnancy. She referred my wife to a physiotherapist who does not treat pregnant patients. This not only wasted our valuable time but also worsened her condition. The surgery has shown zero concern about the ongoing issue of my wife having no assigned midwife. Overall, the level of negligence, poor communication, and lack of care from this GP surgery is extremely worrying. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when relying on them for important medical support.
I had to complete an online form. I asked gor a face to face and I specified a time and a doctor. I received a reply within an hour with a 2.30 face to face appointment. I attended the surgery with my mom as it was her appointment. We saw Dr Hannah as requested. She was extremely welcoming and put my mom at ease. She was very knowledgeable and was able to help my mom arranging further appointments and follow ups aswell.
I've been calling about my results from my CT scan they say they can not find them and almost 2 hours as now they will not answer my call to see if they have found them but i can't ask if they just ignore my call and ive video recordings of the calls ive made and had the phone put down on me and now ive spoken with CQC who now have given me an open complaint so i can add to im going to send the videos to CQC to add to my complaint Victoria Road surgery really don't care and i will keep on videoing the calls and keep on giving them to CQC for Medical Negligence they are not helping themselves and now after almost 2 hours they answer my call they say they have found my results but i can't have them so that is now Medical Negligence which i will be seeking LEGAL ADVICE against the owner of Victoria Road surgery.
