I've not had to visit the doctors for 10 years so not familiar with the booking procedure. The information on your website led me to believe I had to book an appointment online, which I did. Later that day I received two calls from the surgery within the space of an hour, but I was in a lecture with uni so had to have my phone switched off. The 2nd time you called, you left a message to say that since I'd not answered the call, my appointment has been cancelled and that I'd need to go back and fill in another form.
Who is creating these restrictive, infuriating systems and why?
Annoyed, I decided to call which wasn't much better. I was asked; "why have I written so much on the form" and "why was it so detailed" I'd literally written one short paragraph, shorter than this review. Shockingly bad.

Absolute joke of a surgery. Ive been waiting almost half an hour for a phone call appointment, im a nail technician, I only get small breaks, apparently im "still on the list" to be called but its not good enough, I cant be talking about private issues in a salon full of people, unbelievable, imagine if I were to turn up to an appointment half an hour late?! It wouldn't happen! Ive been coming here my whole life and its never gotten better.

I don’t have many good things to say unfortunately which is very unlike me. The staff are often very rude and reluctant to offer any support especially when considering their services are constantly being changed. The doctors are nice, however trying to get seen is near to impossible even with the new schemes that they have adopted. I am aware that the NHS is under a lot of pressure, however no other doctors seem to be this incapable. If you are registering for a doctors I would strongly advise going elsewhere.

Won't give appointment if you walk in staff rude no people skills surgery always empty but no appointments. If you work full time you can't be on your fone 2hours to get an appointment that's never available.

This is a retrospective review. My poor father who had bladder cancer and in pain was refused an appointment! QE hospital were horrified to hear this! Do not use this surgery unless you have an assertive family to advocate for you!
