Had a lovely time. Dagmara was so lovely and professional she works in the touchwood branch and absolutely deserves a promotion. She was so polite, helpful and knowledgeable whilst showing us recommendations. Only disappointment is lemon and ginger tea is no longer on the menu PLEASE BRING IT BACK!!!!

The main reason I’m giving any stars at all is because Chloe, the blonde waitress, was absolutely lovely. She had great manners, was attentive throughout, and made sure all our needs were taken care of. Excellent customer service from her.
Unfortunately, my experience with the red-haired manager was the complete opposite. She came across as rude, unprofessional, and gave me a dirty plate. I also felt uncomfortable because she kept looking me up and down during the visit. Overall, her attitude really affected the experience and made me not want to return while she is working there.
Chloe, keep shining — your service was the highlight of the visit.

The lunch offer (£12 main and a drink) is ridiculous.
I stated I did not need a drink and wanted to take away and was told this was not possible, but I could eat in.
I explained I wanted to take away, meaning they do not have to serve me, use cutlery and I did not want the drink, saving the business money. Still refused.
I asked if I could eat in, take one bite, and ask for it to be packaged up for takeaway. They were willing to do this.
At this point I just left it and went to your competitor Yakinori downstairs.
The manager should have a think about this offer. The waiter said I was the 3rd person today with the same issue.

not my first time here, but still great! we were seated immediately in a nice area and our orders were taken quickly. the food arrived in very good time and was very yummy and our server was lovely, will be coming back :)

Excellent eatery with plenty of options to choose from, we had several meals and they were all perfectly cooked and tasted very good, drinks were good too, Service was Excellent and there was plenty of staff to serve and the food came very quickly, this particular store in Solihull was the best we have been too and we will be heading here again very soon
