We had chicken katsu and teo different type of ramen - it was delicious

The lunch offer (£12 main and a drink) is ridiculous.
I stated I did not need a drink and wanted to take away and was told this was not possible, but I could eat in.
I explained I wanted to take away, meaning they do not have to serve me, use cutlery and I did not want the drink, saving the business money. Still refused.
I asked if I could eat in, take one bite, and ask for it to be packaged up for takeaway. They were willing to do this.
At this point I just left it and went to your competitor Yakinori downstairs.
The manager should have a think about this offer. The waiter said I was the 3rd person today with the same issue.

not my first time here, but still great! we were seated immediately in a nice area and our orders were taken quickly. the food arrived in very good time and was very yummy and our server was lovely, will be coming back :)

Visited just before Christmas, staff were SO lovely here. Lots of smiles and “thank you!”s. Food arrived very quickly. They used to have a lot more vegan options but that’s a company issue rather than this specific branch.
