I stayed three nights for a nearby convention at the NEC. The hotel is around a 10 minute drive to the NEC (plus parking) which was incredibly convenient and a lovely village
The dinner I had was delicious - the falafel burger was delicious and I highly recommend to all. Room was well furnished, bed was very solid and no issues with hot water in the rainfall shower. Great way to relax after a long con day
Breakfast options were brill, and very filling. Staff were all very attentive, but Bing stood out massively. She was so friendly, provided incredible recommendations on local amenities, and was lovely to speak to!

I have only been once here and that was for a craft fair. Nice size function room. Great looking bar and lounge. The bar staff very friendly and helpful. The menu although quite pricey they did have some good choices even for vegetarians.

Outstanding service from Greswold Arms. I've stayed several times, but on this occassion I had to make a last minute change. The man who returned my call (I'm so sorry I didn't take a note of your name) was incredibly helpful and has done exactly as he promised. He listened to what I needed, and has spoken to the relevant person to change my booking on short notice. Much appreciated.

Great pub restaurant with a really welcoming atmosphere.
Staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to serve.
Food was delicious, fresh, and well presented.
Good variety on the menu for all tastes.
Portion sizes were generous and satisfying.
Drinks selection was also very impressive.
The place was clean, cosy, and well kept.
Perfect spot for a relaxed meal or drinks.
Service was smooth even when busy.
Prices were reasonable for the quality offered.
Overall, a lovely experience from start to finish.
Would definitely visit again soon.

Honestly cannot fault this place. Stayed here to Visit Crufts at the NEC and the location and the quality of our stay was second to none.
The room was fantastic clean, warm and has everything you could need for your stay. Bed was comfortable could not complain at all.
The food was brilliant we had dinner and breakfast here.
Dinner was fantastic quality. Tasty, well cooked and enjoyable. The 2 staff member on shift for our dinner service. Ciaran and Maddie were brilliant. They were attentive, bubbly, friendly and made our meal that bit more enjoyable. The price for our meal was completely reasonable.
Breakfast was enjoyable and good value for money. Again could not fault at all.
Location wise it was fantastic for the NEC. Roughly and 10-15 mins drive which was ideal for us.
