I popped in to grab a quick lunch before my night shift and was not disappointed.
The staff were helpful, polite and efficient. My food was delivered in great time, was hot and tasted devine. There was a really lovely buzz about the place with some music in the background too. It was nice to see that dogs are welcome as well as humans and babies too. A great mix of demographic. The only downside to my visit...... I had not left even time to enjoy more of all of this. The staff were extremely helpful when I asked to take half of my burger to work with me, popped it in a box, in a bag and with some serviettes too. See you all again soon.

Sorrento Lounge is a nice little spot if youre wanting a quick brunch. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, with friendly staff and a nice mellow vibe The menu is what you would expect, pancakes, british breakdast options and pastrys and everything we ordered was fresh and nice start for the day. A perfect little spot for a laid-back meal and cup of coffee.

We went on Saturday afternoon for a bite to eat after a long walk. It was the perfect place to sit down, relax and enjoy good company. The woman who served us was fantastic, she had a really nice vibe and made us feel welcome and relaxed.
Food was delicious, good quality food.
Love the water section, including a water dispenser for dogs.
Decor is great. All in all a great experience.

Food was super tasty. Lots of different options. Didn’t take long to arrive. They’ve got options for different dietary requirements. Their drinks are great. Can choose from a range of seating to suit your needs. Kid friendly. Not great parking options, but ideal for a meal before a night out. Warm vibes and good music.

I frequently sorrento a lot and bring other people with me to meet up as its a lovely place food is very good service excellent but I was quite dismayed to see a group of people celebrating a birthday had actually bought their food from Jack's takeaway and was eating it in there and not a word was said its not ideal when paying customers have to see this being done and nothing was said very disappointing. Don't let sorrento go down the pan because of a few cheeky people anywhere else they would have been told to leave or at least be stopped from eating their own food from the takeaway a few doors down.
