Excellent customer service and really good dentist, Mr. Sanjay Talwar. It was my first visit to the dentist here but I am really impressed by the warm welcome I received and also the way he did the checking and how he explained all the treatment I need to do and how much cost. I will recommend it to anyone to join this clinic through NHS and Private if you need it .

I've been sent here by the 111 triage system and I've been seen by Dr. Aakash Madani for an emergency assessment. After being seen by quite a few dentists in the last few months, none has taken the time to explain so thoroughly what the problem is. Also the honesty and openness of the doctor was something that made me feel at ease and welcomed and valued as a human being and pacient. What was supposed to be a not so pleasant experience turned out to be one of the best experiences I've had in a long time (even though I am currently living with a toothache). Thank you so much doctor and honestly I can't wait to come back for my next appointment!
Leaving this review several months after the events as I cannot accept how badly I’ve been treated. Firstly I often found it difficult to reach the practice by phone - they just won’t answer. I attended an appointment with a small baby. Waited patiently, and an hour after my appointment should have been, was informed someone had marked me as having left so all dentists had gone on lunch break! They tried very hard to get me to wait another hour, or go away and come back another day, but this would have been incredibly difficult with baby. Dentist reluctantly came from break but was clearly angry about it. I was seen 1hr 15min after my appointment time. Dentist said he saw me waiting earlier - why he didn’t check his list/who I was, I do not understand. He had to take impressions for me, and did it with so much force, I had bruises along my gums the next day. I regret not reporting him for this. When I returned to pick up my mouth guard, it required some adjustments. He was very rude and tried to gaslight me, telling me a malocclusion with mouthguard is how it ‘works’. When challenged politely, he aggressively said, verbatim, ‘well I don’t understand what more you want’. I have never encountered such a rude, dismissive and disrespectful healthcare professional. Given he’s the director for the surgery, I chose to move dentists rather than complain. If you’re here having been mistreated, I’m sorry. If you’re considering using their services, please think again.
My family and I were let down by our previous dental surgery and have found the dental team at 606 Dental to be a fantastic improvement! They are welcoming and informative; qualities which were lacking in our previous surgery. I would highly recommend them if you’re looking for a positive change.
