Thank you to Dr Neeraj for a wonderful surgical experience and Marc for designing the same day bridges, you are both exceptional and talented at what you do.
Thank you also to Sharna, Jenna, Tim, Lauren and Kerrie who have all had involvement in my dealings with the practice so far.
To the rest of the staff, thank you also, you may not have dealt with me directly, but you have made (and I also notice with others) me feel comfortable within the environment of the practice.
For people reading this who may be considering any dental needs, you won't go wrong in choosing Changing Faces.
My Journey was simple as I had lost a tooth and felt I needed a replacement, so with due diligence I researched all the dental practices I could, from close to home as well as further afield. I hadn't been to a dentist in 35 years, so was apprehensive, but all my research led me to Changing Faces.
I booked an initial consultation, stating I would like the rest of the teeth assessed if possible.
Initial free consultation was with Marc, who made me feel at ease straight away, and didn't make me feel ashamed about my lack of dental visits in the past. I was asked what I wanted to achieve as an outcome and my teeth were reviewed by Marc.
Marc felt a further fuller assessment was needed, Thankfully Dr Neeraj was available to see me right away, a cost was involved with this but it included scans etc to fully assess what was required. (This cost was deducted from my treatment costs later)
I was shocked to be told that I needed to have all of my teeth extracted as I had severe gum disease. I left a bit dazed and confused with all the news given, not anyone's fault but mine. The shock hit me hard and I felt bad about not doing a better job with my teeth.
I had been given a rough idea of the costs involved at my assessment but a couple of days later I asked if I could have this in writing etc, so I could make an informed decision moving forward, This was no problem for the practice. I was given two options
1. Implant Assisted Removable Dentures
2. Same Day Teeth
Now with knowing what treatment I needed and the costs involved, I further researched numerous practices both here and abroad, reviewing ratings, cheaper costs etc etc. All my research still led me back to Changing Faces.
I decided to go ahead with the Same Day Teeth Option, more expensive but worth every penny.
My Surgery was 2 weeks ago, lasted about 6.5 hours which wasn't easy, but I could have breaks when needed and was able to listen to good music and watch TV to pass the time. I chose to have a local anaesthetic, although sedation is offered. The experience was good, no major pain, just pressure at times.
I was extremely happy with the results, given instructions for care over the next couple of weeks and left that same day.
First 3 days there was pain but easily managed with pain medication. quite a bit of swelling too, but both of these subsided during the course of the 2 weeks.
My face looks better, the smile and temporary Same Day Bridges look amazing.
I've received numerous compliments from people that knew I was having the surgery, to no comments from people who knew me but didn't know about the surgery, they can't tell they're not my real teeth, which is so gratifying to me, and this is with the temporary set.
Changing Faces have definitely lived up to all my research and the ratings they consistently get. I can't thank them enough.
You truly won't go wrong in choosing this practice for your needs 5 stars plus......

After years of dentist visits where my problems were never truly addressed, I felt I was running out of options. Making an appointment with Changing Faces was the best decision I could have possibly made.From my first meeting, Marc and the entire staff put me at ease instantly. The first step was a scan to determine the extent of my problems and decide on the best treatment plan. I then met with Neeraj, the dentist who would guide me through this journey. His calm nature and approach instantly reassured me as he answered all my queries. I decided to proceed with same-day teeth implants with bridges under a local anaesthetic. Although I was nervous on the day of surgery, I needn’t have been. The care, patience, and constant checking-in ensured the whole procedure went as smoothly as possible.The post-surgery care was also exceptional. I received a phone call the following day to check on me, followed by multiple aftercare appointments. I knew that if I had any concerns, they were only a phone call away. I only needed pain relief for the first few days and experienced no real discomfort at all. Best of all, my temporary teeth looked amazing.Fast forward to today: I have just had my permanent teeth fitted. Just when I thought they couldn’t look any better, they do! Marc really is a master of his craft.I want to say a huge thank you to the whole team. To all the girls, you are so friendly, and it truly makes a massive difference. A special, big thank you goes to Neeraj and Marc. I cannot recommend Changing Faces highly enough. This is a truly special team that you won’t find anywhere else.

I recently had double full arch implants at Changing Faces, Knowle. Everyone there is lovely and they looked after me so well. Marc and Suresh are fantastic, explaining all my options and answering all of my questions. They gave me a very detailed written package covering everything we discussed. I could go on and on singing their praises but I'm sure you get the picture. I knew that I would be very anxious on day of the procedure so I opted for sedation. It was amazing, I don't remember a thing 😁. The aftercare is brilliant also, so I can't recommend this Dental Practice highly enough. Thanks to all.

I recently had full dentures made at Changing Faces at their Knowle Clinic and was really impressed.
Marc, the Clinical Dental Technician, worked with me to create a comfortable fit, even with my lower jawbone loss. The whole team were friendly, efficient, and treated me with respect.
If you're considering dentures, I would recommend giving Changing Faces a go. They've made a big difference to my appearance and confidence - it could be the start of a smile makeover for you too.

💯 The whole team are friendly and I would 100% recommend to anyone who asks! Definitely worth travelling the distance, especially for the right team and the right care.
Marc and Suresh have been completely supportive through my Same Day Teeth journey I couldn't have asked for a better team.
From my initial appointment with Marc and then Suresh, they make you feel comfortable and listened to straight away (an added bonus if you are anxious about dentists). All options (as there maybe more than one) available to you are explained and then provided in detailed breakdown.
On the day of surgery everyone was so understanding and put you straight at ease especially Sharna and Carelyn.
The care before during and after is exceptional and they are always at the end of an email or phone to assist with any questions during your recovery.
I can actually smile again and they look so natural! 😁
