I had such a lovely experience at the dental practise today, the 3 ladies on reception kaysha, sharna and Naz were so lovely and welcoming and the experience I had with my dentist honestly she made me feel so comfortable as I'm usually very anxious I would recommend this to all of my family member because honestly the people that I met today really made me feel happy and comfortable around them. The lovely supervisor kaysha , was very supportive to the situation and handled my concerns in a professional manor. The receptionist naz was very kind a soft over the phone explaining everything to me very clearly and informatively and when I came to my appointment sharna was very warm and welcoming assisting me and guiding me to my appointment. Overall it's a superb new team at bhandals dental practise.

I came to the dental surgery as a new patient and I was greeted by reception staff who took payment first.
I then saw the dentist Fatima. She was excellent, quick, efficient and friendly. The staff were direct and transparent about pricing and Fatima fixed th chip in my tooth was fixed like it wasn't never there. Fatima also went through my medical history with me and gave me some good advice to follow and was very through with her service. I left feeling happy and pleased with the service.

I have seen Dr fatima today and I was amazed by the care, empathy and professionalism she had shown to me. Her assistant was also very caring and respectful. It would be unfair if i don't mention the help I have received from the reception staff, particularly from shahana(forgive me if I spelt it wrong) who was really caring and helpful. Shahana was very respectful too. This is my very first appointment at this practice and I have a very positive impression about it.

What a horrible experience.... Receptionist absolutely shocking. Been in pain for a week trying every day to get an emergency appointment every day nothing.... Absolutely disgusting then booked an appointment for Wednesday well was given for 10 days time... Then they called me to say if I don't come in at 4.55 today I would not be able to get an appointment till August. I've had a massive infection and my tooth extracted... I was spoken to absolutely awful my mom dad and son was in the car when she called me they all heard how rude and awful she was to me. I will be reporting this higher. Senior supervisor was nice and advised me on what to do but please get some new family friendly receptionist it's a family affair in Sheldon Yardley we are all lovely people.... Absolutely shocking

I had a great experience with the receptionist. They were very friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. They answered all of my questions clearly, made the process quick and easy, and made me feel comfortable throughout. Excellent customer service and a real credit to the team. Thank you!
