Attended the dentist this morning to have some roots taken out which a previous dentist couldn’t, he’d had me in a hour and half and snapped off my crown and butchered my roots pulled my head/neck all over the place and couldn’t get them out. Today I was greeted by pleasant receptionists and made to feel at ease, my previous dentist told me I’d have to have my gums cut open and have stitches but this wasn’t the case. Dr Bhandal worked his magic and I was out of there in no longer than 10 mins with no cutting, just roots extraction through existing hole, absolutely amazing experience would recommend these over and over. I was referred here by my general dental practice as an urgent referral due to the severity of my symptoms. I was contacted within 2 days to make an appointment and was offered an appointment the following 2 days. I travelled from Gloucester expecting to just have a sedation assessment and to be sent on my way, they decided they could do the extractions there and then and off we were. I had my blood pressure and heart rate monitored, I was given sedation through and cannula in my arm and before I knew it I was awake and my teeth were gone. I was treated with such respect and kindness by all that dealt with me and I am eternally grateful for how I was treated and would definitely recommend this dental practice. I forgot the names of who I had but it was between 4 and 4:30 on 14/02/27. Huge thank you.

Great service from the whole team at this Bhandals dental surgery. I accompanied my brother for his appointment and the experience was great, very friendly and polite staff and treatment was on time and done to the best interest of the patients. The treatment was done very quickly and efficiently, great experience overall, thank you to all the team!

I had my tooth extraction at this dental practice. Initially, it went smooth for my tooth extraction. Afterwards, the most excruciating, agonising, traumatising and devastating pain goes on around the clock, 8 painkillers being taken every day to stop. But nothing has worked and my life is becoming an absolute nightmare. Looking at the mirror to see what their dentist has done, it seemed to more than 1 tooth extraction and the whole teeth structure is ruined and devastated. God know what sort of dental damage was inflicted on my teeth. Never ever trust NHS dentist as many of them are inexperienced, careless, and patients the last to care about. It was very regretful to see them and got my tooth extraction!!!

Came here today for my partner from the forest of dean as my practice don't offer sedation. Came here for consultation but they was kind enough to do the work needed today. Very friendly and polite staff from the receptionists to the dentist team they made us feel very welcome. Thank you once again
