I would like to thank Dr Erma Quraishi and Haider for their outstanding and professional service that they provided to my son in fitting braces over a two year period. The appointments were always on time and we were seen promptly. The reception staff were equally as professional. The braces have made an enormous improvement onto my son’s teeth and when you look at the before and after photos you can really see how much they have improved. Dr Quraishi was helpful and friendly throughout and I would like to thank her and her staff for a sterling service.
The dentist is really good especially the lady who does the braces. The issue I have with the practice is THET DI NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!! The answering machine tells us the practice closes at 6pm it’s now 3.40pm and the machine just keeps going to answer phone. This is so frustrating I have two daughters to with learning disabilities and don’t have time to be messing about like this!! SOMEONE PLS ANSWER THE PHONE!
The orthodontist is very rude, Erma Qureshi thinks she is doing everyone a favour and needs to learn some basic manners on how to be polite and courteous. She needs some professional training in communication, treating members of the public. Bhandal’s should be concerned about their reputation as a dental business. Visiting a dentist is generally not a pleasant experience and a dentist needs to know how to make people feel comfortable. However, if the orthodontist is like Erma Qureshi who makes you feel guilty for needing treatment, making sometimes direct and indirect sarcastic comments, is demeaning. She clearly does not have the patience or understanding for this role.
My orthodontist was erma qureshi, she was absolutely brilliant my braces were taken off early due to circumstances off my own and my teeth were straight. The team managed to fit me in on the same day as I rang them because I couldnt make it for my appointment which was a month later. I am proud of the results, and would highly recommend coming here. Erma did a good job and I am much happier with my smile
This dentist is such a un professional .. thy keep changing money n done nothing The co ordinator Rae Meason is such a unprofessional, she hasn’t responded to an email from September 2025 Receptionist Mandy doesn’t have simple basic courtesy to handle patients I have been chasing on my query since sept 2025 no response yet Dentist did filing in sept n it fell off in couple of weeks this kind of knowledgable doctors they have People be careful before u decide to put ur oral health in risk with this practice
