On 3 close occasions was diagnosed by the standard doctor there (who already seems to have a reputation) that both my children were fine when they actually ended up in hospital on oxygen and feeding tubes. They are 20 months and 6 month babies.
Rude and condescending GPs the nurses are great and lovely but the doctors... 1. They will pull up the back of your shirt to listen to your chest without asking. 2. Treat you like an idiot because they feel like they are above you. 3. Laugh over the phone when you try to tell them how you feel. 4. Leave snarky comments in your health record. 5. They block your number so you have to call from no caller id for the line to work otherwise it says the surgery is closed. 6. Disregard all your abnormal test results. I cant believe people like this are allowed to practice. If you hate your job so much go work somewhere where sympathy and empathy is not needed. You’ve violated the Hippocratic oath you shouldn’t be called doctors because all you do is cause more harm, hurt and stress. Rethink your life and AVOID this surgery at all costs youll be left suffering in tears. Im so deeply hurt by this place i feel so let down.

This practice is appalling, I’ve been trying for 2.5 hours to get through on the phone but they don’t answer. Even their recorded message is a joke. They need to get their act together. If I could get there in person I would certainly tell them that they need offer a better service.
Absolutely disgusting service from a Dr Palmer at this practice. I have had to raise an official complaint and the lady even put the phone down on me when I was mid sentence. She has twice blocked me from getting the care and medication I need, even after surgery that caused problems. Her attitude was awful, speaking down to me like a little child. I then made the complaint and then had to wait a whole week for emergency medications I needed post surgery which I needed asap to avoid the issue getting worse. I am so disappointed with this surgery not only based on this occasion. It’s a shame because the reception ladies are lovely. I’d hate to be associated with this doctors with the way they treat patients and how they operate. I don’t take kindly to Dr Palmers Narcissism. It has made me feel really untrusting with their expertise and services. I do not recommend this surgery. Also dealing with the office manager, rather than apologising for my experience, he just wanted to defend the Dr and her behaviour. Not professional or caring at all.
