A BIG THANK YOU TO AMIRA! I am registered with this practice for many years but now they are not seeing me due to dentist issues(that's what they said). They had referrer me to their's Acocks Green branch but couldn't help me either. Finally I was referred to their's South yardley branch where I am receiving fantastic care now. During this uncertain process, one individual help me with so much empathy and that amazing person name is Amira. As a receptionist she help me with outstanding care and professionalism. Thank you Amira.
The lady at the reception was an absolute Angel. Very sweet and kind. Her name was julie and she went above and beyond to make sure my partner was made comfertable after a tooth removal. Even going out of her way to set her up in a private room to where she can lie-down as she was feeling slightly dizzy. The doctor was very proffessional as he was constantly making sure if the patient was in any pain or disconfort while also being very patient and efficent with the procedure. Great customer service should always be recognized :)

I managed to get to them when I was in dire need. After the examination I received a prescription for antibiotics and now, just a few days after the visit, I can express my great gratitude for their help and immediate assistance.
I was given an appointment last week at this dental surgery, but when I arrived, I was told there was no record of me at all. This was not only frustrating but completely unprofessional. The reception staff were incredibly rude and dismissive when I tried to clarify the situation. There was no apology or attempt to resolve the problem. It felt like I was being blamed for their mistake. For a healthcare practice, this level of disorganization and poor customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this dental surgery to anyone.
