The lady at the reception was an absolute Angel. Very sweet and kind. Her name was julie and she went above and beyond to make sure my partner was made comfertable after a tooth removal. Even going out of her way to set her up in a private room to where she can lie-down as she was feeling slightly dizzy. The doctor was very proffessional as he was constantly making sure if the patient was in any pain or disconfort while also being very patient and efficent with the procedure. Great customer service should always be recognized :)
I managed to get to them when I was in dire need. After the examination I received a prescription for antibiotics and now, just a few days after the visit, I can express my great gratitude for their help and immediate assistance.
I was given an appointment last week at this dental surgery, but when I arrived, I was told there was no record of me at all. This was not only frustrating but completely unprofessional. The reception staff were incredibly rude and dismissive when I tried to clarify the situation. There was no apology or attempt to resolve the problem. It felt like I was being blamed for their mistake. For a healthcare practice, this level of disorganization and poor customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this dental surgery to anyone.
Such a bad dental service NHS should close this place very bad service no appointment and doctor are free inside no patients but still doctor is busy inside. And most of time doctor is on his holidays.
I came to the practice from a supported living accommodation to register my five patients, who rely on me to handle such essential tasks. I arrived at 5:30 PM, giving ample time before the advertised closing time of 6 PM, as clearly stated on both the practice’s website and on the premises itself. Despite this, I encountered significant difficulty with the receptionist at the side entrance. She was uncooperative, repeatedly arguing with me and refusing to let me in, even though I explained the urgency of the situation and the fact that I was well within the stated hours. I then asked if she could at least take the patient registration forms so the process could move forward, but she refused this as well, without providing any reasonable explanation. Her behavior came across as dismissive, rude, and unprofessional, leaving me feeling frustrated and unwelcome. For a practice that should prioritize patient care and accessibility, this was a disappointing and unacceptable experience.
