I’ve been coming to this dental practice for over 10 years, and the care has always been exceptional. The team is friendly, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fantastic dentist as Dr Zainab is always very kind and helpful during my appointments.

I attended this practice because my wisdom teeth are infected and impacted. I expected the appointment to include the necessary assessment, including X-rays, so the dentist could determine whether the practice could carry out the extraction.
Before my appointment, the receptionist informed me that they were unable to carry out a polish because they had run out of polishing materials. However, the dentist never mentioned this during the appointment or explained why part of the treatment could not be provided.
Unfortunately, no X-rays were taken, no proper assessment was carried out, and nothing was explained about my condition or the next steps. I was simply prescribed antibiotics. Only one tooth was scaled despite the rest of my teeth also needing attention.
I was then told I would need to attend another assessment at the Cradley Heath practice, which would mean paying another NHS Band 1 charge.
The appointment felt like a waste of time, as I left without the assessment I needed or any clear progress towards resolving my problem. If another assessment was always going to be required, I don’t understand why this wasn’t explained beforehand or why the necessary investigations weren’t carried out at my first appointment. The lack of communication and being asked to pay for another assessment left me feeling that I had paid for an appointment that did not provide the assessment or treatment I was expecting.
Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience and hope the practice improves its communication and patient care so others do not have the same experience.

Im so scared of the dentist however they are so amazing here.
They tell you everything they are going to do before they do it.
Highly recommend and also you dont have to wait weeks or months for an appointment.
