You always receive a warm welcome at Blossomfield Surgery and thank you especially to Pam Tamber she makes you feel at ease and is great at her job 😊
This is an absolute disaster since Blossomfield surgery has joined SHP. Even with one doctor at the surgery before, we always managed to get an appointment, but now we can't even get through the phone line at 8am!!!!! An automatic message comes straight away: "The line is in full capacity, call back later". The doctors do not follow up with the phone calls, also, after prescribing the medications. How do the patients can get help now? Must say that the Blossomfield surgery's reception staff is very helpful and friendly.
A well run surgery. Super helpful staff that take time to listen to your concern and signpost you with the appropriate Practitioner
If I could give zero stars I would. I sent a letter from a private appointment in June that I was forced to pay for due to lack of response from this surgery. I was advised I needed a scan due to excessive bleeding however when calling and asking apparently the letter was never received despite being sent three times and emailed. I am now forced to pay for another private appointment due to the absolute lack of care at this practice. If you can find somewhere else to go please do.
What a joke. Seriously, I wonder is this why I am paying tax for my health benefits? To get such bad service. I was told over the phone to come to an appointment at a certain time in the morning. They have no text or email system for confirmation. I went to the surgery, gave my details and waited for more than 40mins. Finally went to the reception. The lady took the details again...turned out the appointment was in the evening. When I arrived, nobody had a clue that what was the time of the appointment. I shudder to think that if the surgery cannot handle a simple appointment system, how would they handle medical records? AVOID
