I have read some of the reviews for this surgery and am shocked I have always found Dr Attalla to be warm and friendly, she listens well and advises accordingly. I have never felt unheard or concerned with the care provided here.

I’ve consistently had excellent experiences with this surgery. Every doctor I’ve seen has been attentive, supportive, and truly willing to listen to my concerns. Today, I wasn’t feeling well and sent a message online, they offered me an appointment within an hour. The doctor took the time to listen patiently to all my symptoms and arranged a blood test appointment for next week. I’m very happy with the care I’ve received and appreciate their prompt and professional service.

It has been the worse, worse experience I have ever had in my whole life, I honestly say, there is a old woman doctor, her name maybe is Dr Mona Zaki Attalla, sorry I am not sure.
They are incredibly unprofessional. Every time I communicate with them and express my concerns, they interrogate me with questions like, 'Why would you think that?', 'Normal people don’t think like that,' or 'Is there something wrong with your mental state?'
As a man expressing my psychological and health concerns, they use my gender role to dictate how I should or shouldn't feel. I feel completely unheard and misunderstood at this clinic. To a certain extent, I consider this a form of gender discrimination.

Doctors is an absolute joke.i had to sit and wait for 50 minutes in a small smelly waiting room the flooring is all broken dust webs everywhere with no bathroom as it is being refurbished but has been for months .then when finally got to see the doctor it was a complete waste of time .. I have no idea how this place is able to stay open

Very bad experience. Every time my wife needed a fit note, the doctor spoke to her in a mocking way, saying things like “Why do you need a fit note? Go work.”
In her last visit, she asked for an interpreter but was pushed to go in without one. She used Google Translate and was mocked by the doctor and receptionist. It made her cry and now she’s scared to go back to any GP. Really disappointing and unprofessional.
