I’ve consistently had excellent experiences with this surgery. Every doctor I’ve seen has been attentive, supportive, and truly willing to listen to my concerns. Today, I wasn’t feeling well and sent a message online, they offered me an appointment within an hour. The doctor took the time to listen patiently to all my symptoms and arranged a blood test appointment for next week. I’m very happy with the care I’ve received and appreciate their prompt and professional service.

Very bad experience. Every time my wife needed a fit note, the doctor spoke to her in a mocking way, saying things like “Why do you need a fit note? Go work.”
In her last visit, she asked for an interpreter but was pushed to go in without one. She used Google Translate and was mocked by the doctor and receptionist. It made her cry and now she’s scared to go back to any GP. Really disappointing and unprofessional.

When I read the reviews I feel like people are talking about a different surgery. I always get an appointment on the day or next day when I call. All women working at the reception are nice, kind and funny. Doctor Mona is very helpful I had only positive experience with her. I find her honest (what other people might be calling rude) she just says what's on her mind and I love that. She has a strong personality and a lot of knowledge which other people might take as her dismissing their feelings but she still listens to you. Today I had a phone appointment with her and when she heard my cough she asked me to come straight away to the clinic and I didn't even wait for long so she puts her patient ahead of everything. I am very happy she is my GP.

Doctors is an absolute joke.i had to sit and wait for 50 minutes in a small smelly waiting room the flooring is all broken dust webs everywhere with no bathroom as it is being refurbished but has been for months .then when finally got to see the doctor it was a complete waste of time .. I have no idea how this place is able to stay open

With the new appointment system. You may aswell treat yourself at home. Pathetic incompetent GP surgery. They offer appointments for next week ahead. No more sameday appointments.
