Great spot for a quick burger, I've been to the Solihull branch twice now and it was great both times. It is a little more expensive than, say, McDonald's, but the quality is much better and worth the price.
Similar to other fast food restaurants, Five Guys have a rewards app. The first time I used it, I got a large fries for free! The man at the till was very helpful, happy and super friendly. He insisted I install the rewards app, because he wished to help me.
The burgers are great, my personal favourite is the bacon cheeseburger. You can select a range of toppings, including: lettuce, tomatoes, raw onions, pickles, green peppers, jalapeño peppers, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, sweet and sour relish, ketchup, mustard, BBQ sauce, hot sauce, HP brown sauce and Heinz mayo.
Overall, I'd highly recommend if you're looking for a quick beef burger to eat that's a step above those served in McDonald's.

Burger was perfect and fries were beautiful. Milkshake was to die for to. I would recommend everyone to visit as I’ve been coming here since it first opened 👍

We walked in and it wasn't busy but four very busy faces were very proactively checking to see when we were ready to order. Served within 20 seconds which was good.
Delicious burgers, fries were a tiny bit spicey. Well made burger. I also couldn't work out how to get water out of the machine and the chef happily helped me.
Only downside was they put gurkins instead of lettuce in my burger and forgot to add fries but it was delicious. In fairness he went through the order on the screen and I didn't realise so my bad as well.

Genuinely impressed with the service here. The girl that served me was overly kind, and went above and beyond when I struggled with the app. I then made the mistake of picking up someone else’s order, and they insisted that I keep it as I’d already touched it. I felt bad, but the lady explained that it’s just one of those things, and not feel bad about it. So impressed with the staff, I was clearly having a bad day and they both cheered me up. Thank you!

It's pretty similar to most branches in that the food is nice, but nothing really that special, and it's a little overpriced for what it is. I only tend to go here when it's suggested by someone else. I'm not a vegetarian, but I have vegetarian friends and family who say the options for them are surprisingly basic.
