I am absolutely terrified of the dentist and have avoided going for a decade. However, I was left with no choice after suffering with an infection over my wisdom tooth. My dad recommended Fox Hollies Practice and Dr. Chris, as it is his dentist. On arrival, Amy was kind and supportive, doing her best to calm my nerves. Dr. Chris was then gentle and patient, walking me through the steps slowly. Rather than swearing to never go again, I walked out feeling relaxed and comfortable; even agreeing to return for an exam and a clean. I was treated with the same kindness, gentleness and patience and for the first time I actually feel content to go to the dentist, thanks to the lovely team here!
After seeing Chris for a couple of appointments, following a couple of negative experiences at other practices, I was so impressed I booked all of our children in to see him as well. I recently brought my child with additional needs, as well as a pre-schooler who we both apprehensive, they were out at ease immediately by Amy in reception as well as Chris’ gentle approach whilst he talked through what he was doing and what he could see.
I’ve had two big treatments done over the past three years, and I can honestly say I was very well looked after. The team is professional, friendly, and supportive, and I’m really happy with the care I received throughout.
