‘WOW’ what an experience. Loved the group activity of painting, perfect for a Friday evening, good to relax and chat whilst creating an art piece.
It is a very special hotel indeed, with a great team in place, the service was impeccable and friendly from everyone I came into contact with. But ‘WOW’ (sorry to repeat the word wow) the dinner, it’s all I’ve talked about all weekend, and I will continue to talk about for a long time, it exceeded all expectations, it was delicious, truly delicious, the best food I have eaten in a long, long time. Deserving of Michelin Star accreditation for sure. Executive Chef, Tom, took time for each course to tell us about it and made the experience even more special, huge thanks to the kitchen and F&B team for looking after us so brilliantly.
I have no hesitation in recommending, referring, booking ‘Hogarths’ with absolute confidence. Truly experiencing the hotel, the team, the service, the feel and of course the facilities, truly does make a difference.

Perfect 2-night stay for my sister’s wedding - magical venue, caring staff, amazing food & spotless rooms.
We spent my sister’s wedding weekend at Hogarths. Wayne & team went above and beyond when we needed help with extra items for our rooms/support throughout the day. All staff were professional, caring, and quick to assist. Our room was spotless - clean and well equipped. Breakfast/dinner was amazing too.
Thank you to Wayne & team for being part of my sister's special day and making it so memorable.
We will definitely be visiting Hogarths again in the near future. ☺️

Thank you to Wayne, Laura and the events team who helped make my husbands 75th birthday Afternoon Tea so special, you all took the stress and worry out of organising this event from start to finish, nothing was to much trouble even when I phoned and emailed lots of times, Wayne and Laura just sorted it. We had so many texts the following day from our relatives and friends saying how much they loved the whole afternoon, they thought the hotel and food was amazing. It was a brilliant afternoon we made so many memories. It was so nice to meet Mr Hogarth, such a lovely, friendly man. We look forward to our next family celebration which without a doubt will be at Hogarths Hotel.

We stayed here on the 2 night stay Christmas package, checking in on Christmas Eve and checking out this morning. The service from start to finish was excellent. Super professional, attentive staff. Sophie and Grace, waited on our table and they are a credit to your team. Nothing was too much trouble. Our suite was really cold and within a couple of mins of speaking to reception, a staff member was at our door with an oil filled radiator. Our room soon warmed up. The dinner on Christmas Eve and the lunch on Christmas Day were both exceptional.

Fantastic location, lovey rooms and access to the car park straight from my ground floor room. This hotel is perfect for me, in a quiet location with beautiful scenery and fantastic food. I have stayed in many hotels in this area and this one is easily in my top 3. Food prices is a little on the high side but I try to ignore that to enjoy the high standards this hotel adheres to. Thanks very much Hogarths, I’ll be back 😉
