I visited Miller and Carter for my birthday and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. I opted for the 50 day aged Filet Mignon, which was cooked to absolute perfection. The Camembert mash was also incredible and is a must order side. The kids really enjoyed their meals too, they both had the burger and fries which were great quality.
What really made the night was our server, Sylvia. She was fantastic, taking a genuine interest in our celebration and making sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. I finished the meal with the white chocolate crème brûlée which was amazing, and the team even brought out a lovely birthday treat for me. It was a thoughtful touch that capped off a perfect night. I highly recommend this place and Sylvia for any special occasion.

Food was sublime & the service from Penny was excellent. She was friendly and very attentive. The Gluten Free menu had of plethora options including some devine chicken wings. The food I ordered was served efficiently, was piping hot, fresh and tasty. Will definitely be returning 😋

Lovely meal with very generous portions. I had the Father’s Day meal and as usual all the steaks were cooked to perfection. We were looked after very well by Craig. Will definitely come back for another meal!

We had a lovely evening at Miller & Carter Hockley Heath and it absolutely lived up to expectations.
The steak was excellent—cooked perfectly, full of flavour, and clearly top-quality meat. A real highlight was the Camembert mash potatoes: rich, creamy, and indulgent, easily one of the best sides we’ve had. Desserts were just as impressive, beautifully presented and genuinely delicious, the perfect way to finish the meal.
There was a bit of a wait for the main course, but nothing dramatic at all, especially considering the restaurant was almost at full capacity. The calm atmosphere and attentive service made the time pass easily.
Staff were amazing throughout—plentiful, friendly, and genuinely helpful without being intrusive. The overall vibe was relaxed and welcoming, making it a great place to enjoy a proper meal.
Plentiful free on-site parking is another big plus and makes visiting stress-free.
All in all, fantastic food, great service, and a calm, enjoyable atmosphere.

Excellent food and service with accommodating and detailed menu. Catherine, the lovely and professional waitress impressed me a lot with her great smile and welcoming attitude towards the guests. Highly recommend the steak with caramelised onion wedge and the salad is nicely chosen with fresh and good quality choice of greens which is not commonly served in a normal restaurant. Absolutely 10 out of 10. Thanks for the good job of chef and the staff here in Hockley Heath. Well done.
