Just like most other doctors now this place might as well be turned into a shop or something useful! ALWAYS waiting 20-30 minutes past your appointment time (running behind 😂) and when you do eventually get in you get 15 minutes and your out the door regardless, never see the same doctor twice and rarely walk out there with any answers or reassurance, I’ve actually gone to A&E or a walk in now on 3 occasions rather than waste my time trying to get an appointment here to get nowhere.

Had my flue injection today at Northbrook. The whole process took 5 minutes start to finish. Very efficient. The nurse and the other lady at the desk were very pleasant and professional. Didn’t even feel the jab.
We as a family have been with this practice over 10 years and have certainly seen the practice go through many changes. During which the reception staff are extremely helpful and will always endeavour to resolve any queries, all our medications can be requested online. Appointments - When online appointments were literally taken within a few minutes I’m glad to see that the surgery has taken the time to listen and we are able to make appointments over the phone Keep up the good work guys .
