Just like most other doctors now this place might as well be turned into a shop or something useful! ALWAYS waiting 20-30 minutes past your appointment time (running behind 😂) and when you do eventually get in you get 15 minutes and your out the door regardless, never see the same doctor twice and rarely walk out there with any answers or reassurance, I’ve actually gone to A&E or a walk in now on 3 occasions rather than waste my time trying to get an appointment here to get nowhere.
Unprofessional, rarely get to see the good doctors resulting in being palmed off to the temporary doctors who just fob you off. Best thing I did was move to an alternative surgery who are professional and caring.
Had my flue injection today at Northbrook. The whole process took 5 minutes start to finish. Very efficient. The nurse and the other lady at the desk were very pleasant and professional. Didn’t even feel the jab.
We have been patients of this practice for 40+ years and have found them to excellent in every way. We are very lucky.
Impossible to get an appointment, booking system horrendous, reception staff think they have a medical degree and often give poor advice or plainly try and get you off the phone. Moved to this surgery based on their outstanding rating from the nhs, this is clearly outdated and the practice needs to be reaudited to give patients a realistic guide to service and care. God help me when I have an emergency! Register at your peril.
