Incredibly rude and disrespectful reception, who has no empathy whatsoever. If you are struggling with mental as well as physical health issues, the receptionist will make you feel suicidal with her lack of professionalism.just to make life more difficult. Doctors are helpful but that’s if the receptionist let you speak to them. This is fifth time happen I never respond This time I have a bit litter talk Then she start threatening, we gonna take you out from our surgery list Leave the building And the worst part is because I’m Asian There is another White male old man He have no clue so whatsoever was going on and he jumped the situation and he told me get off the building. Look what he was the joker. I left the building . There is no management available to talk These places shoud help people but they mad worest .from reception . My mom advice me leve it . GoD is watching . The worest part is she made personal comments while I talking why I put had on my chest . That kind of mentality, she have . I took my son for appointment presume is with Doctor because when I told her is that Doctor available she said no . Then I explain book another doctor she must have a record of the call When I get there, my son name called out with the nurse I went inside the nursery room. I was not satisfied. Then she took me back to the reception and I told her I didn’t know you booked with the nurse She said she’s qualified, but not more than Doctor And she lied to me that Doctor is absent today and I’ve seen my eyes the doctor was there When I told her she start angry and started kicking, make the loader noise So arrogant she pretended she’s more professional on that job look at the behaviour and I was so shocked I’m England +25 year I have to say the Doctor that’s good Instead she say ok call tomorrow we book with doctor . That her job instead she make the situation . I’m a heart patient now . That day she mad worest day upset and I have pain next three days on my ram and chest Cour not book the appointment because of her . I don’t t know what can I do because this is more close to my house walking distance .
Terrible service always given by one particular member called Jane. Very rude and unhelpful. I’ve been a patient at the practice for nearly 20 years. Her attitude towards patients on the phone is very disrespectful. She does not let you finish of your sentence when speaking. I am Only at the practice as the Doctors are very nice and helpful. Certain receptionists are polite too.
Recently had an appointment at this doctor's surgery and was seen by Dr Vicky. She was extremely comforting and I felt really listened to and heard. After following her advice, I had to go to a&e (and rightly so as was showing symptoms of a stroke). She since made a follow up appointment with me - to make sure everything was okay and her care and consideration went above and beyond what I would normally expect from a GP. Highly recommend the practice & Dr Vicky. I'm very grateful for her kind and considerate approach in a very stressful situation.
Amazing service from dr Vicki no other emergency agencies provided me with any help or support when I was extremely poorly dr Vicki I feel saved my life many many thanks also gave me follow up appointment the care from dr Vicki is unbelievable caring thankyou for seeing me when all other emergencies didn't
If i could give 0 stars - i would. Had a telephone appoint for today at 0800hours. Dr did not ring, had to wait until 0830 for surgery to open, rang the surgery and "they are at capacity" and the phone line shuts down automatically.
