I recently had a root canal treatment with Anoud Mustafa, and she was absolutely amazing. She was extremely thorough and made me feel at ease from the very beginning. She consistently checked that I was comfortable throughout the procedure, which really helped calm my nerves. Anoud took the time to clearly explain each step of the treatment and what to expect, which made the whole experience much less stressful. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. I’m so grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend her to anyone needing dental treatment.
The dentist was lovely, he was really efficient with my appointment, and he made me feel comfortable despite not seeing a dentist in a while and generally struggling to take care of my teeth. He offered kind advice and didn’t judge me for struggling with them. The receptionist was a little rude and advised that although I had booked an NHS appointment, that it would need to be considered private as they are not taking new NHS patients. After questioning it she did allow me to pay NHS price for my check up but advised any further treatment would be private (luckily I didn’t need treatment) despite this she was still helpful in advising where the loo was, she may have just been having a bad day. Overall I did feel comfortable here and enjoyed my visit :)
I frist went to this dentist a few weeks ago after being in pain I had no choice to take my 17 month old son with me when I got there both lady's on the desk just looked at me struggling to get through the door I said can I move the sign that was holding the door open they said make sure u put it back I said I will but how else am I meant to get my pushchair through when I got in there was no hello can I help you or anything just miserable unfriendly staff. I folded my pushchair up and the staff member on the desk said leave that down here in not a nice tone I said I can't because my child can't sit on my lap can he so it's easier for him in the pushchair they could see I was struggling and didn't offer any help atill it was actually the other people in the dentist who helped me I get they don't have to take the pushchair upstairs but the whole moody attitude no need for it even the dentist assistant who was going upstairs just watched me struggle I went again yesterday still moody staff no smile or nothing like they don't want to talk the other people in the dentist for appointments are more helpful. It's a shame the actual dentist doing the job is nice but I won't be returning it's like going to a doctors surgery the same attitude
Fantastic service. The receptionist, nurses and dentist were all friendly, helpful and efficient from start to finish. I felt heard and reassured about my problem with great advice on what to do going forward. Always a pleasant experience.
