Very frustrating experience trying to book an appointment with this dental practice. Despite emailing multiple times to book an appointment, I was told to phone them, despite explaining I was unable to phone. Weeks later when I back in the country and able to call, I could never get through, even after several attempts and voicemails.
On one occasion they returned my call, I explained I needed just a couple of minutes to step outside due to poor signal in my office, but they did not call back as promised. Overall, the lack of flexibility and poor communication made the process unnecessarily difficult. One star.

I give Dr. Arunvir a five-star review. He is very professional, meticulous, and patient with his patients. My son's dental checkup was very thorough, and my daughter's checkup after removing her braces was extremely detailed and impressive. Thank you Dr. Arunvir for your hard work.

I was reffered through NHS 111 due to excruciating tooth pain . I am so much relieved now. As my tooth need to be taken out. Was in bad pain for few days The dentist was very professional and considerate. Can thank enough. Thankyou so much.

I can’t thank the team at Solihull Dental and implant centre enough, they treated my daughter quickly but with care and kindness when she had a fall and injured her teeth. Katie was reassuring from when I first called and Dr Mughal was very thorough with his care. Ariya made sure that she was relaxed and Dr Zacranie ensure both me and her Dad had all the information needed to give her the best recovery possible. Thank you so much, we’re very grateful.
All three of my children have been at this dentist for years with Dr Bhanji who I would highly recommend to anyone as he is great at creating a calm and fun atmosphere whilst educating them on the importance of dental care. Thanks again.

I've been a patient at this dental practice for a good number of years, as have my family. We've always been looked after no matter what. The care and attention to detail, particularly from Dr Sacranie, has always been exceptional.
