After a very bad experience at the dentist when I was younger, I developed a huge fear of dental treatment and have avoided going at all costs for many years. Unfortunately, I recently found myself in a situation where I needed a tooth extraction, and I was extremely anxious about it. Dr Nadeem was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was patient, calm, professional, and took the time to put me completely at ease. He understood my concerns and made what I expected to be a very stressful experience much more manageable. The extraction went smoothly, and the care I received has genuinely helped rebuild my confidence. In fact, I now feel settled enough to have booked further appointments for additional treatment, which is something I never thought I would say. I’d also like to mention how calm and welcoming the surgery feels. It doesn’t have that rushed “one in, one out” atmosphere that some practices can have. You feel listened to, cared for, and treated as an individual. Thank you, Dr Nadeem, for your kindness, professionalism, and excellent care.

My fear of dentists not longer exists thanks to the gentle, attentive nature of Dr Nadeem. I first came across this practice 7 years ago when I had a dental emergency and struggled to find the urgent care I required.
