Great service today at Haslucks Green Medical Centre. I attended my annual flu jab appointment this afternoon and was impressed by how well organised everything was. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience quick and efficient. Thank you!

I asked for a non-urgent appointment for my daughter on Tuesday and got one the same day. We saw a nice GP at Grove surgery and can say the advice was really thoughtful and constructive. We now have a plan for the next few months. I’d definitely recommend this practice.

When I have requested a appt with a Gp after filling the form in the form online I have found it very easy .I feel I have been really looked after and listened to .
Doctor Green has been very helpful .
Doctor Hillman also was extremely thorough within my consultation of a nasty knee injury .The receptionists are always polite I have found my experience very good with SHP .

If I could, I would not give SHP a star at all. Extremely poor experience with Solihull Health Partnership. I was advised by a GP to complete an urgent blood test and booked the earliest available appointment. Despite arriving on time, I waited over 90 minutes with no communication or apology. When I raised this, I was simply told the nurse was running late and advised to rearrange, despite the urgency. This shows a clear lack of organisation and disregard for patient care.
