An absolutely useless team of doctors. You come in with agonizing ear pain, and they just tell you, "There's nothing there, I don't see anything, come back in a week if you don't die." My entire family went there twice and everyone got an antibiotic prescription because they all had a bacterial infection. But for me, after my first visit, it’s a "no" - regardless of any symptoms or my medical history. And yes, before anyone tries to explain this by saying doctors are saving NHS money, I pay for my own medications out of pocket. They are simply not qualified enough to actually listen to the patient.
Since moving from my previous surgery, I can honestly say the change has been life-changing. The stress I used to experience just trying to book an appointment often put me off seeking medical help altogether. The team at St Margaret’s has been exceptional. From the receptionists to the nurses and doctors, everyone is friendly, approachable, and shows genuine empathy — something that can be lacking in many surgeries today. Amazing practice and I couldn’t be more grateful that surgery’s like this still exists! Thankyou!
Staff very friendly and helpful. The head female dr always has time for her patients and explains everything in a non medical way so as understand.
Quite Appalled with the treatment here , was advised by the nurse to ask my wife to do the treatment. In the end the solihull UTC completed procedure in under 5 minutes.
Really lovely team here, from the receptionists nurses and the GPs we've seen over the years. Highly recommend.
