My husband has been suffered from missing repeated prescriptions from pharmacy for nearly 4 years. Both of us have felt exhausted to deal with the pharmacy back and forth, and they always claim that it’s the GP issue for not arranging part of/all repeated prescriptions delivery. Today they even said some repeated prescriptions had been suspended by GP. We have no clue what happened so went to Swanswell medical centre to check. Dawn, who works at the reception I can say she is an angel who has saved our life. She is really nice and helpful. She has tried all means to clarify with the pharmacy and also pointed out the mistakes made by the pharmacy. Finally my husband can get the outstanding medication. I want to express my gratitude here to Swanswell medical centre especially Dawn.
This medical centre has gone above and beyond for my complex medical needs , I cannot recommend this surgery enough , ive had no problem with the help they have provided and continue to do so !
Appalling customer service, the two ladies that answer the phone are so rude, lack any kind of empathy and just blame everything on the GP’s and if you try and explain anything to them they just get defensive and tell you to go to 111. GP even less accommodating and offering the bare minimum. Not sure they are all in the correct roles.

What happened to humanity over extortionate prices made up prices for consultations? P.S. X-RAYS DO NOT SHOW SOFT TISSUE DAMAGE LIKE MY DESTROYED TENDONS AND LIGAMENTS. Both myself and my partner have been told by the surgery that we need an appointment with GP, if they want to see you they should book you in to see them. But no as usual we have to ring at 8.00 am to be told no appointments left. Terrible service.
