Check in was smooth The receptionist was very helpful and patient with my query. My appointment was on time, in fact 5 mins early. The nurse I saw was very friendly, professional and explained everything
Used to be a very good surgery but awful now. Run by triage staff. Phoned at 8am for an appointment numerous occasions, usual recorded message of no appointments available. Drove down to the surgery at 8.30 the last time. Place was EMPTY. What is going on there? An operational disaster with no apparent NHS intervention
Got to be the worst GP surgery in Solihull totally unhelpful receptionist who do there best to put you off having an appointment. The phone lines are always busy all day as not got a clue how to organize call flows and there records are not up to date. I have been registered with them from when it was a small surgery the other end of Tanworth lane such a shame they have gone from being great to being the worst a big shake up is required.
Have been with this surgery for 27 years a d have always been impressed with them. When they merged there were problems getting through but this seems a lot better now. I have been very lucky and have spoken to the same friendly doctor a number of times. The receptionists have always been courteous and helpful to me.
Good doctors with helpful and friendly staff who listen attentively to what you need. Have to act quickly to get an appointment by ringing in the morning on the day however. Does have a queue system though that lets you know where you are rather than disconnecting you which is nice.
