This restaurant is absolutely worth a glowing recommendation! From the moment you walk in, you can tell how clean and well-maintained the space is. The ambiance is calm, stylish, and very comfortable—perfect whether you're catching up with friends or enjoying a date.
The food is truly impressive. Every dish is prepared with great care, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. You can really taste the quality and attention to detail in every bite. From mains to small plates, everything is consistently delicious and leaves you wanting more.
The service also deserves special praise. The staff are friendly, attentive, and professional. They’re quick to respond, happy to make recommendations, and genuinely make you feel welcome throughout your visit.
Overall, this place delivers on every level—clean environment, amazing food, and excellent service. It’s hard to find any fault, and I would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to others!

Will never order from here again! The food we had delivered was cold, the noodles were dry and looked like they been sat for hours all stuck together and congealed the curry was tasteless and the chips were dry and tasted as tho they had been refried a couple times. The only edible part was the prawn crackers. Shocking food and for the price it’s disgusting.

Food is perfection, enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff really looked after us. Taking food home as there is too much. I think our eyes were too big

Went here on a Friday night for a kid friendly early dinner with my four year old and it was just great! Everyone in the family, old and young, really enjoyed the food. We got talking to the owner and she told me about their long history being the first of its kind in Solihull two decades ago. She also explained to me that they’re currently wanting to re-empahsise its legacy and were working on some exciting new things.
We got very lucky (they had some lobster in stock!!) so got to order my favorite lobster noodle dish - absolute scrumptious showstopper. The showstopper for my 4-year-old on the other hand was the chicken wings and this little penguin ice cream that made her day.
Overall definitely coming back and rooting for this restaurant to thrive.

A beautiful, calm, delicious haven.
Staying at a local hotel and looking for delicious, freshly cooked food, not a generic hotel menu. I found it!
I ate the spicy squid stuffed with mince prawns, soft noodles and bean sprouts & lots of Chinese tea.
The smell was amazing and the taste backed it up. No grease in sight! Instead wonderful fragrant freshly chopped herbs and delicious flavours.
I was eating on my own and made to feel very welcome and comfortable without being intrusive.
As soon as you walk through the door the whole atmosphere is very calming and serene (at least it was at 7.30pm on a Wednesday night!)
The tables are beautifully presented with freshly laundered table cloths and napkins. The cutlery matched the rest of the experience, but chopsticks were readily available if you prefer. The only challenge was it took me 20 minutes to decide on what to try, the menu is extensive from Malaysian curry and Cantonese hot pot, through to Chinese crispy duck and pancakes.
I would definitely recommend.
