Good food here, we had a carvery today, and found the meat cut very thinly. There was no sprouts or broccoli, which, for me was disappointing. Everything tasted good though. Great service from the hosts. Parking was a bit hard as it was busy. We went on a sunday around 4pm. We'd definitely go back, but probably try a different time of day

Absolutely fantastic experience at Toby Carvery Knowle! From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and incredibly attentive. The carvery itself was spot on — perfectly cooked meats, crispy roast potatoes, and a great variety of fresh vegetables, all topped off with rich, tasty gravy.
The restaurant was clean, well-organised, and had a really warm, relaxed atmosphere, making it perfect for a family meal or a chilled Sunday roast. Portions were generous and great value for money, with everything constantly topped up and fresh.
Huge credit to the team at Knowle — they clearly take pride in what they do. Easily one of the best Toby Carvery experiences I’ve had. Will definitely be returning!

I recently visited Toby Carvery Knowle and had a really enjoyable experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with family or friends. The restaurant was clean, well-maintained, and had a comfortable setting that made the visit even more pleasant.
The highlight of the meal was, of course, the carvery. There was a great selection of freshly cooked meats, all of which were tender and full of flavour. The range of vegetables, potatoes, and accompaniments was equally impressive, with plenty of choice to suit different tastes. Everything was well stocked, fresh, and served at the right temperature, which made for a satisfying meal.
The staff were friendly and attentive throughout the visit. Despite the restaurant being fairly busy, service was efficient and organised. The team worked hard to ensure guests were looked after, and their positive attitude helped create a welcoming environment.
I also thought the value for money was excellent. The generous portions and variety of options available meant there was something for everyone, and it was easy to leave feeling full and satisfied. The desserts looked tempting as well, providing a perfect way to finish the meal.
Overall, I had a great experience at Toby Carvery Knowle and would happily return in the future. The combination of good food, friendly service, and a comfortable atmosphere made it an enjoyable visit from start to finish. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hearty meal and a pleasant dining experience.

Excellent food, the meat was amazing and have to say the chef works so hard, he never stopped! Good service, our waitress was lovely, very friendly and helpful. Would certainly recommend and will be going back.

I really felt I had to write a review after the fabulous meal we had on Friday evening. The whole experience was made even better by Aimee who was looking after us. She was so lovely, polite and attentive. At the end of the night while we were finishing our drinks and Aimee was clearing and cleaning tables around us we had a great chat with her. She never stopped working throughout but made time for us on a very busy night. The food was amazing as always and we look forward to our next meal with you. 😊
