I had an amazing experience at Turtle Bay thanks to the bartender. They were friendly, welcoming, and made sure we were looked after all evening. The drinks were made perfectly, service was quick even when it was busy, and their positive attitude really added to the atmosphere. They were knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations. Excellent customer service from start to finish – definitely one of the reasons I’ll be coming back. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable. Lou was our bartender she was great!

Often come here, amazing atmosphere, friendly & helpful staff. The food is gorgeous! Head chef and the server Kieron, was very polite, positive, and good laugh. Can tell he enjoys his job! Will be returning again! :)

Bella and Tea were fantastic - very polite and friendly and happy to accommodate us with allergens and using blue light discounts. They really made the experience enjoyable and relaxing for us. Would recommend!!

Lou, Regan and Tendai, what a credit to this restaurant. Very attentive, excellent service and the food was amazing (shout out to the chefs we don't get to meet) ! I came here on a work trip and I would definitely recommend and visit again. Well done guys 👏

Nice cocktails 2-4-1 everyday, all day !
Amazing decor and vibe, probably the best Turtle Bay in Birmingham when it comes to the space itself. Friendly ajd helpfull staff. The only down side is that it closes super early during weekends which is a bit upseting if you want a drink after a late dinner.
We didn't have food but we seen loads of people eating when we got there, so I assume it's a good place for food aswell.
We will be back in the future ! But probably earlier so we can enjoy a bit more.
