Exceptional Care and Professionalism Under Pressure….
Had the pleasure of receiving exceptional healthcare from the team at this surgery. Despite how busy they are and the constant pressure they face, the entire staff—including the Doctors, Nurses, Pharmacists, and Admin team—were outstanding.
They demonstrated extensive medical knowledge, provided very helpful recommendations, and took the time to address all of my concerns thoroughly. I was particularly impressed by how quickly they processed my medication and lab tests.
Their professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor created a truly welcoming atmosphere. I couldn't be happier with the quality of care I received and I highly recommend this practice to others. Thank you to the whole team for all your help and hard work!

Absolutely awful organisation of the booking systems. Needs a complete revamp with some common sense behind it. Have to ring on the day for an appointment or wait in a queue.
Perhaps some thought into it with an advance booking system, priority for working people early hours and back end of day with retired / non workers in the day.
Doctors themselves - no issues but can see with the above why people don’t bother booking appointments as it’s an absolute pain to get one.

I have been using this GP practice for about 18months. Dr Webb has been excellent, the receptionists are helpful & polite. Yes there is a telephone queue to get an appointment but they have been very helpful when I needed it. I am very happy with them & recommend them

The absolute worst GP ever, continue to leave me without meditation for days on end then consently request a review on medication iv been on and prescribed by my mental health team.. metal health has detracted drastically since moving to this GP alsonever get an appointment..

What a joke!! One star is too good. I called at 8 to get an appointment. They have a call back service that holds your call. So they call me back. No APPOINTMENTS!!! If anybody else ran a business like this it would go bust. But because it’s funded by me and everybody else who pays TAX this will go on and on. GPS are a joke. Problem is it’s not a very funny joke. 🤬🤬
