What is wrong with the receptionist at this surgery? She spoke to me like I was scum on the earth. I called to order my prescription, and she acted like she couldn’t be bothered to answer the phone. The receptionist who was working around 12:00 pm today clearly didn’t want to be there. She sounded fed up, dismissive, and very rude throughout the call. I can’t believe you employ people with such poor customer service. Whatever happened to treating patients with kindness, respect, and basic courtesy? I have recently moved to this surgery, and this experience has left a very bad first impression.
My 1yr old daughter was seen today by Dr Christopher Holland Absolutely brilliant Doctor. He was very friendly and also so kind towards my 4yr old. Very skilled, professional and clearly cares about his patients. Thank you Dr Holland😀
Unfortunately, Mandy's manner towards patients is often abrupt, dismissive, and unhelpful. During my interactions with her, I felt that reasonable requests were treated as an inconvenience rather than being handled professionally. As a patient, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect. Instead, I found her attitude to be stand-offish and unnecessarily rude, which left me feeling uncomfortable and reluctant to engage with the practice. I appreciate that working in a busy medical practice can be challenging, but patient facing staff play an important role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment. Based on my experience, Mandy's communication style falls well below the standard I would expect. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively and used to improve the experience of patients attending the practice. Mandy hates her job and its clear.
Hello guys, it was my first time attending this healthcare Centre last week and the experience was absolutely amazing. The girl on the reception desk was extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. The customer service was excellent. I just wish I knew her name I could’ve given her a shout out. I came in to see Dr Harjeevan GILL Regarding a sick note for my workplace, he dealt with it professionally and efficiently and helped me more than he needed to. Amazing customer service by everyone at this healthcare Centre, keep it up guys you are doing a great job for everyone.
I cannot recommend Dr Limbachia at Yardley Wood Surgery highly enough. I have suffered from seborrhoeic dermatitis for 30 years, seeing various consultants and trying numerous treatments with no success. I met Dr Limbachia at the beginning of this year, and the treatment he prescribed has been amazing. My condition has finally been successfully treated. He is an excellent person and a brilliant doctor. I wish him the very best of luck with his future training and career!
