If I submit a request for an appointment, using what I consider to be a very easy and speedy process, I receive one swiftly. The GPs and paramedics are always supportive and helpful, listen with care and offer sound advice and reassurance. I appreciate being a patient of this surgery.
Excellent service, arrived at my appointment time for a blood pressure, weight and blood test. Was seen almost immediately, blood taken painlessly and then I was advised to use the new self-service scales and blood pressure machine, simple to use, clear instructions and results straight away. Well done Yardley Wood Health Centre!
I just recently moved to this surgery and so far my experience has been very positive. Great service, good communication and always on time for the appointments. I had so far 2 appointments. The online booking system is efficient.
