I am always impressed and grateful for the prompt attention I receive from Yardley Wood Health Centre. If I submit a request for an appointment, using what I consider to be a very easy and speedy process, I receive one swiftly. The GPs and paramedics are always supportive and helpful, listen with care and offer sound advice and reassurance. I appreciate being a patient of this surgery.
I haven’t had any negative experiences with this GP practice. I’ve always managed to get an appointment when I’ve needed one, and the doctors are very supportive and understanding. I never feel like I’m a problem or that they’re trying to rush me out of the door, which makes such a difference. I always feel listened to and taken seriously. Really happy with the care and support I’ve received here and would definitely recommend this practice.
Been registered here for 2 years and the service is wonderful. Staff are friendly. I have a daughter with send needs and the drs have always been patient and understanding. I never feel like I'm wasting anyone's time and always receive thorough and appropriate advice from the nurses, midwife and GP's.
Yardley wood medical centre has improved massively over the past few years. You can always get an appointment either the same day or that week. So many changes they’ve made that you can see overall has improved the service. With that been said it has been great for years. When I tell family and friends I get appointments quickly they are shocked because they wait months to see their gp. The doctors here always listen to us as we know our bodies better than anyone and they always give great advice so thank you for listening and providing us with great care
Excellent service, arrived at my appointment time for a blood pressure, weight and blood test. Was seen almost immediately, blood taken painlessly and then I was advised to use the new self-service scales and blood pressure machine, simple to use, clear instructions and results straight away. Well done Yardley Wood Health Centre!
