Absolutely lovely food, some options you won’t find elsewhere such as drinks with gelato in, or a massive amount of candyfloss with a dessert. I’m a dessert person but I love the starters here. Server was nice, service was quick. The only downside is the ‘optional’ 10% tip for tables less than 6 people (it states on the menu it’s only automatically added for tables of 6 or more) was automatically added which is very cheeky.

We visited Zizzi on Poplar Road in Solihull. Great interior and very spacious. Comfortable seating in a vibrant setting. The menu is vast. The food was excellent! Better than Michelin Star restaurants in the city. Each course was piping hot and freshly cooked by the wonderful chef. The flavour and ingredients came through each dish. High quality cooking on every dish we ordered. Very impressed! Cherri, our lovely waitress was very polite, friendly and knew her menu. She made us feel welcomed and brightened our visit with her lovely personality. Thank You for a great experience at your restaurant. Will definitely be coming again very soon.
This restaurant accepts Tastecard. Well worth a visit.

Haven't visited here in a very long time but we visited to use up Tesco vouchers.
Bridget ensured our visit was enjoyable and was very attentive.
Although Zizzi would not be our normal choice, as we try to support independents, we would come back again in the future to use Tesco vouchers for sure.

We visited yesterday, on a fairly quiet evening and had a really lovely experience thanks to the young lady who served us. She was incredibly sweet, attentive and seemed to be doing everything she could to look after the restaurant. The food was also fantastic as always.
Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the lady who appeared to be the manager. It seemed to be just her and the young lady working, yet the young lady appeared to be doing the majority of the work.
There was also another woman with the manager who very clearly did not appear to work for Zizzi, yet at points she seemed to be helping with work around the restaurant, which was quite strange to see.
My family and I have been coming to this Zizzi for years, so we are very familiar with the restaurant. Sadly, this also isn’t the first time we’ve noticed this particular manager seemingly leaving the work to other members of staff.
The five stars are for the lovely young lady who looked after us and, of course, the food. She was brilliant and deserves recognition for how hard she was working.
Unfortunately, the management was the only disappointing part of an otherwise lovely evening.
